About the rental
Devices and practical info
Kitchen
You may use the kitchen during your stay. Wash all plates, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen utensils you use by hand and let everything dry on the countertop afterwards.
In the fridge, there is a separate space provided for your stay. This area is marked with your room number or unit. Normally, you do not need to adjust any settings on the fridge. If you notice that the fridge is not cooling properly or something is not working, please let us know.
The stove and oven run on gas. Use them carefully and always check that the gas and flame are completely turned off when you are done cooking.
Turn the knob of the stove gently to ignite the gas. Stay nearby while cooking and never leave the stove unattended.
You may use the coffee machine provided for guests.
We ask that you do not use other devices or supplies that are not clearly provided for guests. Also, do not drink beverages that do not belong to your stay.
Enjoy indoors
Television
In your accommodation, you can use the television. You may use streaming services or watch regular TV, depending on what is available.
We do ask that you keep the volume low after 21:00 out of respect for other guests and the neighbours.
Are there devices such as a projector, screen or other equipment present that are not specifically intended for guests? Then we ask that you do not use them.
Enjoy outdoors
There is currently no separate outdoor space provided for smoking or sitting outside for long periods. We therefore ask you not to smoke or loiter at the front door, on the pavement, or close to the building.
We do this out of respect for the neighbours and the quiet atmosphere in the street.
Would you like to go outside or have something to drink? You will find several places nearby to enjoy a quiet meal or drink.

Damage or breakage
For minor damage, we usually do not charge anything. If it concerns larger damage, such as a broken screen or damaged device, we would like to discuss the potential cost before your departure. This way, we avoid misunderstandings afterwards.
Smoking
Smoking, vaping, or the use of other tobacco products is not allowed. If traces or the smell of smoke are detected, an additional charge may be applied.
Pets
Would you like to discuss something regarding a pet? Please always contact us before your check-in. Any exceptions must be approved in advance and may incur additional costs.
Extra guests
This is important for safety, the peace in the building, and because all guests must be aware of the house rules.
Is someone coming over during your stay? Then this remains your responsibility and must be agreed upon with us in advance.
Quiet hours
The common areas may be used, but we ask that you be especially considerate of others in the evening. Gathering or lingering in shared spaces is not allowed later in the evening, except for quiet reading or brief use.
Please limit noise in the common areas from early evening onwards, out of respect for other guests and the neighbours.
